Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped Twix bars

1/2 cup caramel sauce

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

Fold in the chopped Twix bars.

Scoop the dough into each mini muffin cup, filling each about 2/3 full.

Use your thumb to create a small well in the center of each cup.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are set.

Let cool for a few minutes before drizzling caramel sauce into each well, followed by chocolate chips.

Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan.
