Ingredients
  

1 pound ground turkey

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups marinara sauce

Olive oil for cooking

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

    Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

      Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

        Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

          Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 6-8 minutes.

            Once browned, pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.

              Cover and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through.

                Serve hot with spaghetti or crusty bread.
