8 oz elbow macaroni

1 can (12 oz) tuna, drained

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup celery, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

2 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Hard-boiled eggs, sliced (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, diced celery, red onion, sweet pickle relish, and Dijon mustard.

      Add the cooled macaroni to the tuna mixture and gently stir until everything is well combined.

        Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the mayonnaise if a creamier texture is desired.

          Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

            Serve chilled, garnished with fresh parsley and sliced hard-boiled eggs if desired.
