Ingredients
  

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed

3 tablespoons butter

1 cup heavy cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, grated

1 tablespoon curry powder

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 cup spinach leaves

Cooked rice or naan, for serving

Instructions
 

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

    Add the cubed chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.

      Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant.
