1 premade tart shell

1 cup pastry cream (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups assorted tropical fruits (kiwi, mango, pineapple, papaya)

1/4 cup apricot jam (for glaze)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
