Ingredients
  

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 ½ cups brown sugar

3 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

Zest of 1 lemon

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.

      Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.

        In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

          Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.

            Fold in the lemon zest, diced strawberries, and white chocolate chips if using.

              Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.

                Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

                  Allow the blondies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
