Ingredients

1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

24 to 30 graham crackers

Additional strawberries for garnish

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.

In a rectangular dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.

Spread a layer of whipped cream over the crackers, then add a layer of sliced strawberries.

Repeat the layers (graham crackers, whipped cream, strawberries) until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld and the cake to set.

Before serving, top with additional sliced strawberries for garnish.
