Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Spread the melted butter over the dough.

Combine cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle evenly over the buttered surface.

Distribute chopped strawberries on top of the cinnamon-sugar layer.

Roll the dough tightly into a log; slice into 12 rolls.

Place rolls in the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.

While baking, prepare frosting by mixing powdered sugar, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.

Allow rolls to cool slightly before drizzling with frosting.
