Ingredients
  

1 cup of crushed graham crackers

2 tablespoons of sugar

4 tablespoons of melted butter

8 ounces of cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup of powdered sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 cup of fresh strawberries, diced

1/4 cup of whipped cream

1/4 cup of chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly and press into the bottom of a greased mini muffin tin to form a crust.

    In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

      Gently fold in the diced strawberries and whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

        Spoon the strawberry cheesecake mixture over the crust in the muffin tin, filling each cup.

          Optional: Top each bite with chocolate chips for added crunch and flavor.

            Refrigerate the bites for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
