Ingredients

1 cup crumbled strawberry cake

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup melted white chocolate (for coating)

Sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled strawberry cake and cream cheese until well blended.

Add in the vanilla extract and salt, mixing to combine.

Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second increments until smooth, then stir into the cake mixture.

Form the mixture into bite-sized balls and roll them in crushed graham crackers.

Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Once firm, dip each truffle in melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.

Decorate with colorful sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.

Chill again until the chocolate hardens, and then enjoy!
