2 ribeye steaks

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

Fresh parsley for garnish

Lemon wedges for serving

Season the Steaks: Generously season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

    Cook the Steaks: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.

      Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Add minced garlic and Cajun seasoning, stirring well.

        Add Cream & Broth: Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring until the sauce has thickened, about 3-4 minutes. Adjust seasoning as necessary.

          Serve: Slice the steaks, place them on a plate, and top generously with the creamy Cajun shrimp sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
