Ingredients
  

12 oz. egg noodles

1 lb. ground beef

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup cottage cheese

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.

      In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; add in the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.

        Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until well combined.

          Add the cooked noodles to the meat mixture and stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

            In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread half of the noodle mixture. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.

              Layer the remaining noodle mixture over the cheese, and top with the rest of the shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

                  Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
