1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ cup powdered sugar

½ cup white chocolate chips, melted

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for rolling)
