½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

For Topping:

1 cup chocolate ganache (prepared with 8 oz chocolate and 1 cup heavy cream)

Additional mini marshmallows for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust:

    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

      - In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.

        - Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.

          Make the Cake Batter:

            - In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

              - Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

                - Stir in the boiling water (the batter will be thin).

                  Bake the Cake:

                    - Pour the cake batter over the cooled graham cracker crust in the springform pan.

                      - Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely in the pan.

                        Make the Marshmallow Frosting:

                          - In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and heavy cream, continuing to beat until fluffy.

                            - Stir in the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.

                              - Fold in the mini marshmallows gently.

                                Assemble the Cake:

                                  - Once the cake is cooled, carefully remove it from the springform pan.

                                    - Generously spread the marshmallow frosting over the top and sides of the cake.

                                      Prepare the Chocolate Ganache:

                                        - In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until just boiling. Remove from heat and pour over chocolate. Stir until smooth and glossy.

                                          Finish the Cake:

                                            - Drizzle the chocolate ganache over the marshmallow frosting.

                                              - Garnish with extra mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers.

                                                Serve:

                                                  - Slice the cake into wedges and serve. For a more decadent experience, lightly toast the mini marshmallows with a kitchen torch before serving.
