Ingredients
  

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)

1 cup chopped onion

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 stalk celery, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups chicken broth

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Tabasco sauce (or to taste)

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

1 bay leaf

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooked white rice for serving

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.

    Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, Cajun seasoning, and bay leaf. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

      Add the shrimp and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

        Remove the bay leaf and serve the Shrimp Creole over cooked white rice. Garnish with fresh parsley.
