Ingredients
  

1 pound kielbasa, sliced into rounds

2 cups baby potatoes, halved

2 cups broccoli florets

1 bell pepper, chopped

1 onion, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a large bowl, combine sliced kielbasa, halved potatoes, broccoli florets, bell pepper, and onion.

      Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

        Spread the mixture in a single layer on a large sheet pan.

          Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the kielbasa is browned.

            Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
