4 large turkey drumsticks

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh herbs (parsley or rosemary) for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Rinse the turkey drumsticks under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.

      In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

        Dip each turkey drumstick into the mixture, ensuring they are well coated.

          Place the seasoned drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

            Roast in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown and crispy.

              Remove from the oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
