Ingredients
  

4 cups watermelon, cubed and seedless

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

4 cups cold water

Lemon slices for garnish

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Begin by cutting the watermelon into cubes and place them into a blender. Blend until smooth.

    Strain the blended watermelon through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp.

      In a separate bowl, combine the fresh lemon juice and granulated sugar, and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

        Pour the lemon mixture into the pitcher with the watermelon juice.

          Add the cold water to the pitcher and mix thoroughly. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.

            Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

              Serve the watermelon lemonade over ice, garnished with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
