Ingredients
  

1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup of cooked rice

1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, and corn)

1/2 cup of milk

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

      In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

        Fold in the cooked shrimp into the mixture until combined.

          Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.

            Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.

              Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
