Ingredients
  

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 bell pepper, diced (any color)

1 zucchini, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

    In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is well coated.

      Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

        While the chicken is grilling, toss the cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, and zucchini in olive oil, salt, and pepper.

          After the chicken has cooked through, add the vegetables to the grill and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender.

            Remove everything from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

              Serve the sliced chicken over the grilled vegetables and garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
