1 cup pumpkin puree

3 large eggs

1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/4 teaspoon cloves

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup caramel sauce

1/2 cup whipped cream cheese (for filling)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a jelly roll pan.

    In a large bowl, beat together the pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

      In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt.

        Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

          Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.

            Bake for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

              Once baked, immediately turn the cake out onto a kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar and roll it up tightly with the towel. Let it cool completely.

                Prepare the filling by mixing the whipped cream cheese and caramel sauce.

                  Unroll the cooled cake carefully, spread the filling evenly, and roll the cake back up without the towel.

                    Drizzle with additional caramel sauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon glaze before serving.
