Ingredients
  

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup pretzel crumbs

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 large egg

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil for baking

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Place the pretzel crumbs in a shallow dish.

      In another dish, combine the buttermilk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

        Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess.

          Dip the chicken into the buttermilk mixture, coating well.

            Press the coated chicken into the pretzel crumbs, ensuring they are fully covered.

              Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

                Lightly spray the chicken with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.

                  Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
