Ingredients
  

2 cups fresh pineapple chunks or frozen pineapple

1 cup coconut milk (or your preferred dairy/non-dairy milk)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

If using fresh pineapple, chop it into small chunks. If using frozen, let it thaw slightly.

    In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, coconut milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

      Blend on high until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times.

        Taste and adjust the sweetness if desired by adding more honey or syrup.

          Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or freezer-safe container.

            Freeze for about 1-2 hours to help it firm up, stirring every 30 minutes to keep the texture creamy.

              After it's reached your desired consistency, scoop and serve in bowls or cones!

                Optional: Garnish with fresh pineapple slices, shredded coconut, or a cherry on top!
