Ingredients
  

1 bottle of white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)

1 cup coconut rum

2 cups pineapple juice

1 can of coconut cream (optional for creaminess)

1 cup diced pineapple

1 cup sliced strawberries

1 orange, sliced

1 lime, sliced

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Club soda or lemon-lime soda, to top off

Instructions
 

In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and coconut cream (if using). Stir well to mix all the ingredients together smoothly.

    Add the diced pineapple, sliced strawberries, orange slices, and lime slices to the mixture.

      Chill the sangria in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.

        When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the ice.

          Top off each glass with a splash of club soda or lemon-lime soda for some fizz.

            Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
