Ingredients
  

1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper (optional)

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
