1 (18.25 oz) box of yellow cake mix

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg

8 oz cream cheese, softened

3 cups powdered sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg. Beat well until smooth.

      Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

        In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.

          Add the remaining 2 eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

            Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter, spreading it gently to cover.

              Bake for 40-45 minutes until the edges are golden brown, but the center remains gooey.
