Ingredients
  

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

      In another bowl, mix the melted butter, olive oil, and minced garlic.

        Dip each shrimp into the garlic mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Then, coat the shrimp in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

          Arrange the coated shrimp on the prepared baking sheet.

            Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and the crust is golden brown.

              Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
