Ingredients
  

4 croissants, torn into pieces

1 cup of heavy cream

1 cup of whole milk

3 large eggs

1/2 cup of sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Zest of 1 orange

1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

Powdered sugar for dusting

Fresh orange slices for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, orange zest, orange juice, and cinnamon until well combined.

      Add the torn croissant pieces to the mixing bowl, gently folding to ensure each piece is coated with the creamy mixture.

        Pour the croissant mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.

          Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

            Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh orange slices before serving.
