Ingredients
  

4 cups rhubarb, sliced

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large bowl, combine sliced rhubarb, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Mix until well-coated.

      Spread the rhubarb mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.

        For the topping, in another bowl, mix together rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and a pinch of salt until crumbly.

          Sprinkle the topping over the rhubarb mixture in the baking dish.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is bubbly.
