Ingredients
  

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup mascarpone cheese

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 package (7 oz) ladyfinger cookies

1 cup espresso or strong coffee, cooled

2 tablespoons cocoa powder (for dusting)

Dark chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Fresh berries (optional, for decoration)

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

    In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

      Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture until fully combined.

        Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso, ensuring they’re soaked but not soggy.

          In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom.

            Spread half of the cheese mixture over the ladyfingers.

              Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and remaining cheese mixture.

                Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

                  Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder, garnish with chocolate shavings, and add fresh berries if desired.
