Ingredients

1 package of ladyfinger cookies

2 cups mascarpone cheese

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup brewed espresso, cooled

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)

Grated chocolate (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Espresso: Brew espresso and allow it to cool in a shallow dish.

Make the Cream Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.

Dip the Ladyfingers: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso, ensuring it’s soaked but not soggy.

Layer the Cake: In a rectangular or square dish, layer the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom, followed by a layer of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.

Chill the Cake: Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best flavor.

Serve: Dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with grated chocolate before serving.
