1 pre-made pie crust

6 large eggs

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup diced green onions

1/4 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: hot sauce for serving

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.

      Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, cooked sausage, bacon, green onions, and bell peppers. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

        Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust, spreading it evenly.

          Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden.

            Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm, with hot sauce if desired.
