Ingredients
  

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

A few drops of green food coloring

1 cup mini chocolate chips

A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.

    Stir in the vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and a pinch of salt.

      Add a few drops of green food coloring to achieve the desired minty color and mix well.

        Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

          Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

            During the last few minutes of churning, add the mini chocolate chips.

              Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
