2 cups canned white beans (cannellini or great northern), rinsed and drained

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup cucumber, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste
