2 cups marinara sauce

1 large egg

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnishing

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the manicotti shells according to package instructions until al dente; set aside to cool.

In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Carefully fill each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture using a piping bag or spoon.

Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.
