Ingredients
  

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional for coating)

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well mixed.

    Add in the crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well incorporated.

      Using your hands, form small balls of the mixture (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a plate.

        If desired, roll the cheese balls in chopped pecans or walnuts for added texture and flavor.

          Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.

            Serve chilled as a delicious low carb snack or appetizer.
