4 cups mashed potatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Oil for frying

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, green onions, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

      Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
