Ingredients
  

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 lemons (juiced and zested)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

    Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours.

      Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard leftover marinade.

        Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.

          Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes. Slice and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
