Ingredients
  

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 lemon, juiced and zested

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

    Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

      Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.

        Remove the shrimp and set them aside.

          In the same skillet, add the asparagus and cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender but still crisp.

            Return the shrimp to the skillet, add lemon juice and zest, and toss everything together for another minute.

              Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
