Ingredients
  

1 lb Kielbasa sausage, sliced

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 medium carrots, chopped

2 stalks celery, chopped

4 cups chicken broth

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

1 cup potatoes, diced

1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large pot over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion and garlic until translucent.

    Add the sliced Kielbasa and cook until browned.

      Stir in the carrots and celery, cooking for another 5 minutes.

        Pour in the chicken broth and add the diced tomatoes, potatoes, green beans, thyme, and smoked paprika.

          Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

            Season with salt and pepper to taste.

              Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
