Ingredients
  

12 oz rotini pasta

1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced

1 cup bell pepper, chopped

1 small onion, diced

2 cups marinara sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.

      In a large skillet, sauté sliced kielbasa over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

        Add chopped bell pepper and diced onion to the skillet; cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

          Stir in marinara sauce, cooked pasta, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.

            Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.

                Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
