1 lb Kielbasa sausage, sliced

1 medium head of green cabbage, chopped

1 medium onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Salt to taste

1 cup chicken broth

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

      Stir in the sliced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.

        Add the chopped cabbage, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.

          Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

            Cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.

              Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
