Ingredients
  

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup fresh key lime juice (or regular lime juice)

3 large egg yolks

Zest of 2 limes

Whipped cream (for topping)

Lime slices (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.

      Press the mixture firmly into the bottoms and up the sides of a muffin tin to form tartlet shells.

        Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

          In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, egg yolks, and lime zest until smooth.

            Pour the lime mixture into the cooled tartlet shells.

              Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and cool to room temperature. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour.

                Before serving, top each tartlet with a dollop of whipped cream and a slice of lime.
