4 cups green cabbage, chopped

1 cup carrots, shredded

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)

1/2 cup jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, shredded carrots, corn, jalapeno peppers, and red onion.
