Ingredients
  

1 box of chocolate cake mix

1 cup of water

1/2 cup of vegetable oil

3 large eggs

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup of milk

1 box of vanilla pudding mix

1 tub of whipped topping

Cocoa powder for dusting

Fresh berries (optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large bowl, prepare chocolate cake mix according to package instructions using water, oil, and eggs. Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.

      In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well.

        Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chocolate cake batter. Do not mix; it will create a layered effect while baking.

          Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan.

            Meanwhile, mix the vanilla pudding with milk according to package instructions. Let it thicken.

              Once the cake has cooled, spread the vanilla pudding over the top.

                Top with whipped topping and dust with cocoa powder.

                  Garnish with fresh berries if desired. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
