Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite blend)

1 cup milk

¼ cup melted butter

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Fresh herbs for garnish (such as chives or parsley)

Instructions

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Create a well in the center.

Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and eggs until well blended.

Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture into the well of the dry ingredients. Fold gently until just combined.

Add Cheese: Slowly fold in the shredded cheese until evenly distributed. Be careful not to overmix!

Prepare the Pan: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

Pour and Bake: Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Slice and enjoy!
