Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup packed brown sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips and hot fudge sauce, ensuring an even distribution.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Allow the brownie bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Drizzle with extra hot fudge sauce before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
