Ingredients
  

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup sugar

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 eggs

1 cup sour cream

1 cup honeycomb, crushed

Whipped cream for topping

Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

    In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.

      In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

        Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Finally, blend in the sour cream until smooth.

          Gently fold in the crushed honeycomb to the cheesecake mixture.

            Pour the filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan.

              Bake for approximately 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center slightly jiggles.

                Allow the cheesecake to cool in the pan for about 1 hour before refrigerating for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

                  Once chilled, remove the from the springform pan. Top with whipped cream and fresh berries before serving.
