Ingredients
  

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup walnuts

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1/2 cup flour

1 egg, beaten

Vegetable oil for frying

Salt and pepper to taste

Green onions, for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the walnuts: In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the walnuts. Blanch for 1-2 minutes, then drain and rinse. In a separate pan, heat sugar with a little water until it melts, then add the walnuts and stir until they are coated. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) until golden.

    Make the sauce: In a bowl, combine honey, mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.

      Coat the shrimp: In another bowl, mix cornstarch and flour. Dip the shrimp in beaten egg, then coat well with the flour mixture.

        Fry the shrimp: Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

          Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, toss the fried shrimp with the honey sauce until well coated.

            Serve: Garnish with candied walnuts and green onions, and serve immediately with rice or vegetables.
