1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup honey

1 cup fresh peaches, diced

1/4 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)

1 tablespoon milk (for frosting)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.

    In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until blended.

      In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.

        Add in eggs, vanilla extract, and honey, mixing until well-combined.

          Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

            Gently fold in the diced peaches until evenly distributed.

              Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.

                Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

                  Let the cupcakes cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

                    For the frosting, beat together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Optionally, you can add a bit of honey for flavor.

                      Frost the cooled cupcakes and top with additional diced peaches if desired.
